A room in the beautiful, and privately owned unit of the quiet Clutha Place is available for rent. You will be one of three housemates. The two, with whom you will be sharing are both males, one (27yo) is an honourable, polite tafe student studying disability care; the other, is a (20yo) law and economics student at the University of Tasmania and avid cyclist. The house is about a 30 minute walk from the city and university.
The unit is equipped with NBN, washing machine, shower, bath, fridge and what else do you need? Only 30 min walk/5 min drive from the uni or the local woolworths. The NBN costs $75 split threeways ($25) per month. The electricity bill is also split threeways and paid quarterly. The water bill is paid for by the lovely landlord and landlady.
The room is equipped with a single bed and desk. Rent is $200 a fortnight ($100 a week)
